These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hk99 ("hk99", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the website located at hk99.im and all associated services, products, and features made available through the platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offers.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the hk99 platform at any given time. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

hk99 is required to verify the identity of all registered players before granting full access to withdrawal facilities. The KYC verification process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address; and a clear photograph or selfie as requested by the hk99 compliance team.

hk99 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide the requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. 2.3 Account Details and Updates

You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account, your residential address, or your email address — you must update your account profile promptly or contact the hk99 support team for assistance.

hk99 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions on the platform are processed through approved payment channels. hk99 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the supported payment methods section of the platform.

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hk99 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by hk99, although individual payment providers may apply their own daily or per-transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your hk99 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. hk99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing using an account belonging to another person — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the hk99 finance team within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

hk99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Players who have claimed a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times are treated as abuse and may result in account suspension.

hk99 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk matched bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using bonus funds to wager on outcomes with near-certainty, and any other behaviour determined to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. hk99 reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and any associated winnings in cases of confirmed abuse.

By registering and using the hk99 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant legal authorities.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following activities while using hk99:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with hk99 staff members for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process the proceeds of criminal activity through the hk99 platform. hk99 has legal obligations to report suspected money laundering activity to the relevant authorities.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with hk99 staff or systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour towards hk99 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the hk99 platform's infrastructure, servers, or systems.

5.2 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you are participating in gaming activities of your own free will using funds that you can afford to lose. You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by hk99, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options, if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. All content published on the hk99 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the exclusive property of hk99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hk99 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any hk99 content without prior written authorisation from hk99.

hk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

7.1 Effect of Account Closure

Upon the closure of an account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be voided at the time of closure.

8.1 Platform Availability

hk99 endeavours to maintain platform uptime of 99.5% or above on an annual basis. However, hk99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Planned maintenance windows, emergency downtime, and events outside hk99's reasonable control (including but not limited to network failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may cause temporary unavailability of the platform. hk99 will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform unavailability.

8.2 Betting and Gaming Results

All betting odds, game outcomes, and jackpot results on hk99 are determined by independent mathematical processes, certified RNG systems, and live sporting event results. hk99 is not liable for any financial loss resulting from betting or gaming outcomes, including unexpected results, incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error (which will be voided and restaked), or game results that differ from a player's expectation.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, hk99's maximum aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their hk99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hk99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms or your use of the hk99 platform in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms.

8.5 Contact and Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the hk99 platform, your first step should be to contact the hk99 support team at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of your complaint and providing any supporting documentation. hk99 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by the support team, you may escalate your complaint to the platform's designated complaints officer by sending a detailed written account to the same email address, marked for the attention of "Complaints Officer".
